1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our minimum order quantity is 10 units per product. This ensures availability and efficient processing of your order.

2. Pricing & Discounts

All prices listed are wholesale rates. Additional discounts may be available for bulk purchases exceeding 50 units—please inquire for details.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order. We accept:

  • Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers

If you require a payment plan for larger orders, please contact us directly to discuss options.

4. Shipping Policies

  • Orders will ship within 7–10 business days after payment is received (but often times much sooner).
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and included in your final invoice.
  • International shipping is available; buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.

Refunds are available only for damaged or defective products and must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

6. Order Modifications

We understand plans can change! If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, changes may not be accommodated.

7. Exclusivity
