The Spirit of Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera)

Ashwagandha, also known as Winter Cherry, and it's latin name is Withania Somnifera. 

Ashwagandha strengthens the central nervous system. 

Ashwagandha has been lab studied to remove the reduce the amount of toxic cells and proteins that cause symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases. 

A compound called withaferin A is located within Ashwagandha root and this compound regulated and reduces the growth of chemicals that are produced in the brain when under stress. 

Ashwagandha root Increases the LDL related protein, LRP1 in the liver which reduced and reversed the behavioral deficits of Alzheimer’s disease. 

Ashwagandha helps with our furry friends with the symptoms of canine cognitive dysfunction. 

Ashwagandha extract reduces the gene expression of neuroinflammatory molecules. 

It has been tested to improve symptoms of Parkinson's, hypothyroidism, increase muscle strength, and more.

Topical use reduces inflammation. Interna usel reduces systemic inflammation. 

Ashwagandha increases the total numbers of white blood cells and bone marrow cells. 

It is also cardioprotective in low doses. 

Ashwagandha helps with sleep: stay asleep longer, fall asleep faster, and feeling rested upon awakening. 

It also has some antiviral qualities

Do not take Ashwagandha if you have ms, sle lupus, or rheumatoid arthritis or any other autoimmune disorder. ppl with auto immune disorders should not take ashwagahnda
